1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Synthia.xxx collects, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. Synthia.xxx is an adults-only AI video platform; this policy applies to all account holders and visitors.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: your email address, display name, and an encrypted password hash (or a magic-link token) when you create an account or sign in. We do not collect government IDs or biometric data for account creation.

Content and audit data: when you upload a video, we process the file to produce a tamper-evident audit record — file name, size, type, cryptographic SHA-256 hash, duration, resolution, frame-sampling statistics, and your creator attestations. Per our Terms of Service, uploaded videos become the property of Synthia.xxx at the time of upload.

Usage data: basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages viewed and approximate device type. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Affiliate and creator applications: the name, email, contact, and portfolio details you submit on the Affiliate page are transmitted through our form-tracking integration for partner follow-up.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to authenticate you, to operate the review and publication workflow, to enforce our 18+ and zero-tolerance minor-protection policies, to communicate with you about your submissions, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage and Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text. They are hashed using PBKDF2 with a per-user salt and a high iteration count. Session tokens are cryptographically random and expire after a set period.

Account and review data are stored in the platform's data layer. While we take reasonable measures to protect this data, no system is perfectly secure. You should use a strong, unique password.

5. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion revokes your sessions and removes your profile and credentials. Because uploaded videos become the property of Synthia.xxx at upload (see our Terms of Service), account deletion does not retrieve or remove previously uploaded content, which remains owned by Synthia.xxx. Review and moderation records are retained for audit and legal compliance.

6. Minor Protection and Law-Enforcement Reporting

Synthia.xxx has a zero-tolerance policy toward material depicting minors. Automated analysis and human review are designed to prevent such material from being published. Where we identify confirmed illegal material, including CSAM, we report it to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities and never publish it. The audit record (including the file hash) of any such submission may be retained and shared with authorities for investigative purposes.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and removed when you delete your account, except for review/audit records retained for compliance. Uploaded content, being owned by Synthia.xxx, is retained as platform property.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last updated' date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
