Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Synthia.xxx is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, upload content, or view material. By using the service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that all persons depicted in any video you upload are 18 or older.

Synthia maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any material depicting minors. Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities and never published.

2. Intellectual Property — Ownership of Uploaded Videos

This is the most important section for any creator uploading to Synthia.xxx. Please read it carefully.

We have to be transparent about how the platform works, why it works that way, and what it means for you, because the consequences are significant and permanent. This explanation is intentionally detailed.

When you upload a video, AI-generated render, image, prompt, metadata, or any other creative asset (collectively, 'Submitted Content') to Synthia.xxx, the ownership of that Submitted Content — including all intellectual-property rights, reproduction rights, distribution rights, derivative-work rights, and any other rights that exist or may come into existence in it — is fully and irrevocably transferred to and becomes the sole property of Synthia.xxx at the exact moment the upload is received by our servers. This transfer happens automatically and immediately upon upload, regardless of whether the content is later approved, rejected, withdrawn, deleted, or never published. It is not conditional on publication.

What this means in plain terms: from the instant you upload, the video is ours. We may host it, reproduce it, modify it, edit it, reformat it, distribute it, sublicense it, display it publicly, create derivative works from it, monetize it, and use it for any commercial or non-commercial purpose we determine, in any medium that now exists or is later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any further notice, consent, credit, or compensation to you or anyone else. You will not receive royalties, revenue share from the IP itself, or any ongoing payment tied to ownership — the 92% creator payout described elsewhere on this site applies only to subscriptions, tips, and unlocks transacted through your creator profile, not to any ownership interest in the content, which you no longer hold.

We take this position for a specific operational reason: because Synthia.xxx hosts uncensored adult AI video with minimal censorship, we must hold a clean, unencumbered, and absolute chain of title to every asset on the platform. If ownership remained with thousands of individual uploaders, the platform could not reliably manage, moderate, remove, license, or defend that content, and could not lawfully operate the distribution and monetization systems that make the 92% creator payout model possible. Consolidating ownership at upload is what allows the platform to function at all.

By uploading any Submitted Content, you confirm that you have the full legal right and authority to transfer complete ownership of it to us — meaning you either created it yourself, it is entirely synthetic/AI-generated with no third-party rights attached, or you have obtained written assignments from every person whose rights would be affected. You indemnify and hold Synthia.xxx harmless against any claim that the Submitted Content infringes the rights of any third party. If you are not prepared to transfer full and permanent ownership of your video to Synthia.xxx, do not upload it.

This IP-ownership transfer is the trade-off for the liberty and payout terms the platform offers. It is non-negotiable and applies to every upload without exception.

3. Accounts, Authentication, and Account Deletion

You may create an account using an email address and password, or via a secure email-based magic link. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Account deletion revokes all active sessions and removes your profile. Because of the IP-ownership terms above, deletion of your account does not retrieve or revoke ownership of any content you previously uploaded — that content remains the property of Synthia.xxx. Past review and moderation records are retained for audit and legal-compliance purposes.

The sole platform administrator account cannot be self-deleted.

4. Content Moderation and the Human-Review Model

Every uploaded video is processed by an automated analysis engine that decodes real frames and produces a tamper-evident audit record. Because no automated system can reliably confirm that a depicted person is 18 or older, or that all likenesses are synthetic or consensual, no video is auto-published on automated signals alone.

After automated analysis, every submission is held for human review by the platform's sole authorized reviewer. Only that reviewer can approve a video for publication. You attest, under legal penalty, at the time of upload that all depicted persons are 18 or older and that all likenesses are synthetic or used with documented consent.

Synthia reserves the right to reject, remove, or withhold any submission at its sole discretion, including for suspected violations of these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety.

5. The Sole-Reviewer Dead-Man's Switch

Synthia.xxx operates with a single authorized human reviewer. This is a deliberate design choice tied to the platform's moderation model.

If the unreviewed submission backlog exceeds thirty (30) days — for example, because the sole reviewer is unavailable, incapacitated, or deceased — the platform automatically enters lockdown. During lockdown, all users are locked out, new submissions are suspended, and the website ceases to function until the backlog is cleared. No automated fallback reviewer exists, and no additional reviewers can be provisioned automatically.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept this operational limitation: the continuity of the service depends on the availability of one person, and the service may cease entirely and without notice if that person becomes permanently unavailable and the backlog reaches the 30-day threshold.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that depicts or promotes minors in any sexual context, non-consensual deepfakes of real persons, content that infringes third-party rights you do not have authority to transfer, malware, or any material illegal in your jurisdiction or the platform's operating jurisdiction.

Synthia cooperates fully with law enforcement and reports confirmed illegal material, including CSAM, to the appropriate authorities.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. Synthia does not guarantee uninterrupted availability — in particular, the dead-man's switch described in Section 5 may cause the service to cease entirely. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

Synthia may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last updated' date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
